中药调剂学是在中医药理论指导下，以临床用药为核心， 研究中药的调剂、 应付及服用等相关知识与操作技术的一门学科。它与中医临床紧密联系， 是确保用药安全有效的重要环节，以探讨中药临床应用的安全性、有效性和合理性为核心，具有医药交叉学科的特征。中医处方能否发挥预期疗效，与中药调剂有着密切的关系。中医临证用药，有两个关键环节，即正确处方和合理调剂。正确处方是中医师根据四诊所得，辨证、遣药、组方，方证相符、丝丝入扣。合理调剂是中药师对中医师处方的后续处理， 包括依照处方正确调剂与给付，科学炮制与煎煮，合理服用与护理等。中医师的处方是上游，中药师的调剂是下游；下游是中医临床的出口、是影响中药发挥功效的重要环节。如果没有合理调剂，再恰切的处方也于病无济。因此，加强中药调剂规范化研究是推动中医药科学发展的重要途径， 是提高中医临床疗效、 保障其安全性的重要措施。

本分支机构依托北京中医药大学中药调剂标准化研究中心。 工作重点围绕“ 规范调剂操作、构建调剂体系、培养调剂人才” 三方面开展。第一，针对目前中医临床用药现状，规范中药调剂操作流程，解决共性关键问题、引领行业良性发展。第二，依托前期研制的《中医临床药学服务标准体系》，整合中药调剂关键技术，构建“中医临床用药标准技术体系”。 第三，开展制定中药处方、中药调剂、处方给付、中药饮片煎煮等规范，完成《中药饮片调剂技术规范》、《中成药临床调剂技术规范》、《小包装饮片调剂技术规范》以及《中药配方颗粒调剂技术规范》。此外，分支机构还致力于培养中医临床用药标准化研究专业人才，开展中医临床用药标准推广培训，推进《中药调剂学》课程建设；发布行业信息、推动企业合作。

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Dispensing is a discipline that researches the related knowledge and operation technology of TCM dispensing, prestation and medication under the guidance of TCM theory. It is closely related to the TCM clinic, which is an important part to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication, focusing on the safety, effectiveness and rationality of clinical application of TCM. Whether TCM prescription can exert its expected curative effect is closely related to the TCM dispensing. There are two essentials in TCM clinical medication are correct prescription and reasonable dispensing. The correct prescription is obtained by Chinese physicians based on the the four methods of diagnosis. Reasonable dispensing is the follow-up handling of prescriptions by traditional Chinese pharmacists, including correct, including correct dispensing according to the prescription, scientific processing and decocting, and reasonable administration. The prescription of Chinese physicians is upstream, and the dispensing is midstream, while the downstream is the clinical of TCM, which are important steps affecting the efficacy of TCM. If there is no reasonable dispensing, no matter how accurate the prescription is, it will be ineffective. Therefore, it is an important way to strengthen the standardization of TCM dispensing, and it is also an important measure to improve the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM.

Our branch relies on the standardization research center of TCM dispensing in Beijing University of Chinese medicine. The works focus on three aspects: standardizing the dispensing operation, constructing the dispensing system, and cultivating the dispensing talents. First, according to the current situation of TCM clinical medication, standardize the operation process of TCM dispensing, address the common critical issues, and lead the healthy development of the industry. Second, relying on the “standard system of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Service” drafted in the early stage, we will integrate the key technologies of TCM dispensing, and structure the “standard technology system of clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine”. Third, we will carry out the formulation of TCM prescription, dispensing, prescription delivery, and decoction of TCM decoction pieces, and complete “the technical specifications of TCM decoction pieces dispensing”, “Chinese patent medicines clinical dispensing”, “small package decoction pieces dispensing” and “medicine particle dispensing”. In addition, our branch is also committed to training professionals in the research of TCM clinical medication standardization, carrying out the promotion and training of TCM clinical medication standards, promote the construction of “Traditional Chinese Medicine dispensing”course, and publish industry information and further enterprise cooperation.
